GM Wealth Financial – Terms and Conditions and Consent Agreement for Promotional Communications

2.2. Testimonials, success stories, and case studies are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar results.
3. Term
3.1. These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party.
3.2. You may terminate your engagement by providing written notice to GM Wealth Financial. Termination does not absolve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property provided by GM Wealth Financial are the exclusive property of GM Wealth Financial and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
4.2. You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

By entering into this Agreement, submitting any forms, or providing your contact information, including phone number and email address, You expressly consent to receive communications from GM Wealth Financial. These communications may include:
Account updates and service-related information.Promotional offers, products, and services provided by GM Wealth Financial.
This consent includes communications via automated dialing systems, pre-recorded messages, or other electronic means. Your consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt-out of promotional communications by:
Text Messages: Replying “STOP” to any text message.
Emails: Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email.
Phone Calls: Informing the caller you no longer wish to receive promotional calls.
Opting out of promotional communications does not affect service-related or transactional communications necessary for account management.

17.1. These Terms, along with any additional agreements signed by you, constitute the entire agreement between you and GM Wealth Financial.
17.2. Failure by GM Wealth Financial to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provisions.
